they now have to pay pt driver ot and to wait on me every day now while i have my break fcukin magic.
their faces are a picture every day
imagine if everyone did their jobs properly

Their faces are a picture because they are having to manage and they don't like it .

We've got about 33% taking their breaks and cutting off if they want to cut off . Strangely they aren't the ones running around stressed :hmmmm .

Yep, once you start to use their rukes to your own advantage you really do start to get a buzz off it, and you are untouchable, as long as you play their game.

Yes you do get a buzz because your removing RM's problem from your own shoulders and onto the ones who's problem it is namely managers , and your not being the slightest bit naughty : :dance . What we are witnessing now is some office managers way out of their depth when it comes to actually managing and the only way they can handle this burden is to bully and harass .

As you said, it's the buzz of sudden enlightenment, empowerment, after feeling helpless. You don't have to put up with this sh1te.

(unless you're one of those poor sods on temp contracts who get told to make sure they "lick-arse" (managers words!), ie, complete duty even if it goes way over your hours and don't complain about it any more, or else their contract won't be renewed.)

You cant claim o/t ext when delivering poll cards because you are already being paid extra to deliver them I believe. Our manager gave us 3 days to deliver our poll cards so we just treated them as d2ds and delivered them when we had a letter for that address to go with them, that way no need for me to extend.I must point out the duty i am on at the moment I can pretty much complete normally anyway. Not sure how the rules would be interpreted if you have to extend everyday.

The purpose of the Election Agreement Payment is to facilitate the delivery of election material without recourse to pressure overtime.
It is not an agreement to deliver anything else for free.

I'm not correcting you wessex....you're absolutely right that the position Royal Mail will take is that you cannot book any pressure overtime when delivering election material.
Members will probably have to fight for it....again. :cuppa

you can't say things like "grow a pair " on this site as it upsets people with delicate sensibities.

Why would the fact they are union members make any difference?
Anybody is free to join the union.
