The leadership of the C.W.U. are out of touch with the membership and more in tune with the management. And it has to be said that this feeling is not without justification. The salaries of full time union bosses, for that is the only way they can accurately be described, match precisely the salaries of the Post Office bosses they are supposed to be protecting us against.
