TBH, All I hear about is Pillars and Kaizens ???? WCM apparently, is here to stay.

I understand it to a degree or as much as I need to, but as for getting involved personally.........Not until I have to thanks. Colleagues of mine are getting involved, and that's fine by me, I'll go along with it, but just leave me out!

The reason they will carry on spending money on the WCM is simply because the proposed improvements will, in the long run, save move than the spending.

The difference this time is that most improvements are from the staff who have to deal with the problems daily, at least it should be!

Totally disagree thay haven't made any real improvements in my place of work. Everyone laughing at how they are spending money. Noticeboards everywhere full of crap information, unlimited over time for the select few, not forgetting new equipment which has been bought and isn't being used. I could go on for ages about this one thing they are good at is talking bullshit. Waste Company Money, w*****s Can't Manage.

Would of been nice to have seen our union reps on the floor last night advising us of the situation but they were probably already at home or in the pub seeing as they never stick around for the full shift.
