On that note: I'd done 20-plus years & was looking forward to getting something for the 25 years milestone.

Then they changed the system & made the milestone 20 years.

Needless to say, I got nowt "retrospectively". :Boo hoo!

Its shameful really, i mean 30 bloody years for christ sake !

It should mean something and give a proper reward like a £3k bonus. I remember my ex getting £2.5k for 10 years service at her job and it was £5k for 20 and £7.5k for 30. :d'oh!

this doesnt seem fair couldnt they supply you with the rewards for 20 yrs have you havent received it . id phone the long service team as your dom wont give a monkeys :cuppa
