On that note: I'd done 20-plus years & was looking forward to getting
something for the 25 years milestone.
Then they changed the system & made the milestone 20 years.
Needless to say, I got nowt "retrospectively".

Its shameful really, i mean 30 bloody years for christ sake !
It should mean something and give a proper reward like a £3k bonus. I remember my ex getting £2.5k for 10 years service at her job and it was £5k for 20 and £7.5k for 30.
Rows of houses all bearing down on me........I can feel their blue hands touching me.......All these things in all positions.........All these things will one day take control..........

this doesnt seem fair couldnt they supply you with the rewards for 20 yrs have you havent received it . id phone the long service team as your dom wont give a monkeys
