customers should be aware
Please be aware that couriers take on contracts from various companies,but the final delivery is made by royal mail,and it is easier to blame us than to say that they did not deliver the goods into us 7/10/14 days after they say it has been dispatched.This happens on a regular basis.Please check with your courier before condemming royal mail as being a failure,as most postmen/women clear everything that comes into their office on a daily basis.
