Hi Guys,
I ordered some stuff from a shop in Leeds, West Yorks, and they despatched it on Tuesday the 4th.
Normally, I receive things next day from this company, but it's now been 5 days. They use 1st class mail btw.
Can anybody shed any light please?

Sorry but there are delays everywhere.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

There are still delays for me anyway in Glossop/Derbyshire SK13 , although I imagine the problem is
at the processing centre rather than a local level.
The last post I had was on the 8th and it was a couple of letters dated mid dec.
Also I am still waiting for a couple of first class parcel items coming up to 14 days now since posted.
just hope they show up and they haven't just skipped a lorry load of mail to help catch up

If they have a backlog in the office then chances are it's in a container there, and one parcel just got lucky.endreas wrote:I sent two parcels First Class to Macclesfield right after Christmas. One arrived in three days the other is still missing.

The d2ds are now classed as "Live" Mail, just like any other post. Although I do think it's odd that the letters and flats aren't given priority over them.jonny123 wrote:the order items are delivered in leeds are
