Post delays in Milton Keynes

Post by rich_adams »

Please can we have a clear reason for the continual postage delays in the MK7 region of Milton keynes. People in our street received post on only 2 days in the last week. We are not even getting 1st class postage (much of it business). This has now been going on since November (before the Xmas problems).

Who do we complain to? Who do we talk to to resolve it?

Sorry as we are an unofficial site we can't give you a clear official reason why there are delays, and in fact MK is not one I am aware of.

To make an offficial complaint that is logged I am afriad you have to go through the automated response system on the Customer Services Nmber 08457 740 740 Textfone 08456 000 606 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday. 8am - 1pm on Saturdays. This will help if you ever need to escalate it to Postwatch.

You could call The Delivery Office Manager for your Postcode area but this is not logged and trying to get someone to answer or a manager to call back can be a bit hit and miss

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
