Hi Can anyone help with with?
My mum recently moved house and paid for post redirection online. However since moving she has received no redirected post (including two test leeters that my sister and me sent). I've rang the Redirection Call Centre and spoke to someone who kept saying that the computer said it had all been set up but this doesn't help my mum! She said she would email the delivery office of my mum's old address (Wigston, Leicestershire) and ask them to contact me and let me know what is happening. This was Friday. So far I have heard nothing! I realise that Royal Mail are very busy as the moment but this is really worrying my mum. Thanks for reading
