Pick,YOU need to flag it up to HQ to tell them the situation.
Fish(i had to fecking google that) If the likes of Pick does not flag it up then how are HQ to know a bunch of c***s are in the hot seat at branches.

No need for me, my rep has already informed me if I raise a grievance the union would probably not back me.

Should be interesting as one was raised that same day.

C'mon POSTMAN this has been flagged more times than Ayrton Senna. :chuckle
If HQ aren't interested enough to email their Area Reps with the correct procedure...what's the feckin point in Pick flagging it anywhere..

fishtank has it nailed.

Last time I contacted this holy shrine, it took four emails and three weeks to even get a reply.

Fish, the clawback situation has been flagged no doubt but the situation of ADR'S going against a LTB?

CWU have handled this as they handle everything, with incompetence.

Why wasn't a NEW LTB issued clarifying this completely and putting a full stop behind it? What do I show my managers? An email pointing to a LRB nearly a year old and in some cases two years?

Well i'm no senior union official PM but the first thing any reasonably intelligent person would do when clawback reared it's ugly head...again,would be make sure your guys on the ground knew the full SP.

So....either HQ didn't in which case they don't really give a s**t.
Or some Area Reps ignore HQ's advice in which case you wonder what some Divisional Reps do for a living.
As i said...Who's watching the watchers? :cuppa

Precisely my point Pat. Things have changed since last year and since the 2010 Agreement. My belief is that it is highly likely that the CWU are being subsidised in some way by the Royal Mail due to the fall off of numbers following this s..t agreement and they do not want to rock the boat. An absolute disgrace if this is the case. If they have any integrity left at all and are taking note of this forum either through Dingo or any other persons who may be part of or associated with the NEC they will take immediate steps to correct this ridiculous situation.

...and if this is the case that cwu are getting help from RM due to falling members then the cwu should face cuts like we all did. i.e Early morning allowance GONE, d2d per item GONE, and some other allowances along the way.

I only got these LTB's dated 3rd December...

No. 1076/10 Christmas Safety Warning From NHS - What Can Go Wrong At Christmas:
No. 1080/2010 Tray Dollies - Mailsort 70 and Access 70 Products

The only one that mentions the weather was No. 1088/10 RE: Royal Mail - Severe Weather Decision Tool: on the 7th December which doesn't even mention clawback....although you would think it might....
