RM pay offer...........NOT!!!

Post by POSTMAN »

No pay rise, instead a lump between£250 and £400 per person,if we sign up to making savings of £350 million over the next 12 months.

New productivity scheme that rewards people locally with a 50/50 share of savings achieved over and above the office budget savings, which would be a one off lump sum,and no consolidation into higher basic pay.

6 month timetable negotiations to conclude a new major National Agreement on what RM described to the union as 'The big deal'

:Applause Nice one RM

RM have said that we are payed too much and are less efficent than the competitors, and we've got this Pension shite.

Will try and give more details later as i've got a dodgy photocopy of my reps letter.

Also...

Remove D2D payments,cease election payments,absorb short term sick between 5 walks,absorb 6 summer walks into 5,
absorb 4 Sat Firm walks into 3,remove nights,Monthly pay, summin about reduceing sickness leave.
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

the pension shite is because they had a pension holiday for something like 12yrs. so they didnt pay in then and now theyt want us to pay up for the shortfull. if the union stands for all of this they might as well pack their bags and sod off.

ive heard that d2d are going to part of our delivery as well no more payments for them. its got to be time now for everyone to do the job properly no cars no staff coming in before their start time. we are our own worst enemy.

NICE IDEA
over paid, under worked, but a nice big bonus for us instead of a pay rise, thing is when this site first started we talked about the bonus we were supposed to be paid round about now, since we lost the jobs we were asked to loose, saved the money we were asked to save, and what have we got fuc? all, if the last bonus didnt get paid when we met the targets and we did, what do you think we are going to get this time, apart from shafted

just a point to consider a couple of months ago we were brilliant and hard working and deserved 400 quid a week according to the top boys now we are a load of overpaid idle shites who deserve nothing???????????????do these people put on their personalities with whichever suit they choose or have we all changed that much

inflation rates are now at 3.1% .(the retail priceindex is 4.8%)there is an interesting link on the bbc site which gives q &a on high interest rates and
it states that we should get a payrise to match inflation as we will lose money!!
coupled with d2ds payments going if royal mail have their way.we are on a downward slope. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/6563013.stm this is being printed off and put on the union board.so people can wake up and smell the coffee.

Also my section is just about to go on an unofficial and voluntary refusal to co-operate. The Union have had no input into this at all just in case any bosses are reading this; so it can't be seen as unofficial action just individuals working the way Royal Mail say it should be done.

NO PAY RISE ?

Post by TrueBlueTerrier »

What with Royal Mails current attitude and actions what's the betting that the following story will become more routine.

Postie delivers confusion as letters dumped on doorstep: http://news.scotsman.com/edinburgh.cfm?id=590082007
