Never had a bike and never will, the only time I ever tried one I put it into a tree so I know nothing about bikes except they're loud and you get wet when it rains (unlike my car which is comfy, warm and safe and I can play my radio as loud as I want).

And if you keep calling it a moped then she will kill you..................slowly and then bury you somewhere your wife won't find.

I've just realised thats why the DOM has'nt phoned, he don't want to be chopped up into little bits and be part of Body Parts Battleships game.

Anyway I'm off to my pit because I've got an appointment with the surgeon in the morning Image

Meh....if she's going to kill, she best do it on duty time ( want my missus to get the compo pay out ) - anyway, bikes are bloody fun, I drive my car, I got bored, get pissed off with any traffic ( especially granny doing 30 in a 60 zone ), and basically it's a chore, not a joy...on the bike, I'm always alert ( I need to be ), any slow drivers in front of me, well I can drop a cog, wind it on, and flash past with a big grin on my face....even in s**t weather, I might not enjoy the ride & I'm constantly analysing my riding to keep it smooth and safe, but when I reach my destination, I get satisfaction from getting there safely.

NN SP - have a good night & good luck tomorrow.

:wave

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Good luck for tomorrow SP xxxx Not that you need it of course :Very Happy

And no, I'm not having a CAT scan DGP! I'm going to lie in something akin to a big very noisy fridge freezer and let them see if they can find anything (including a brain).

Wanna bet??? My bike is a naked bike ( no fairing or screen ), but if I got a faired or half faired bike I bet I could, plus I use a Zippo lighter, kept in a pouch on my belt....

...and don't even think of asking "How would you smoke with your crash helmet on?" Barry Sheene always had a hole drilled through the chinbar of his AGV helmets so he would be able to have a fag on the startline of a race...

So any other questions? :smug:
