As you can imagine if this applied in our place then RM would be looking to get rid of the less dependable of us first.
Didn't realise they were looking to get rid of the management yet :nana

yeah our office is on the final revision. We've been van sharing for over a year now. Letter sorting machines are in. Now we're being told that deliveries are going to 4hr 30mins long.
I've gotta say people are well upset as lots of rounds can't be done now. Looking at the revision rounds have had another 1hr to 1hr 30mins added. Totally insane rounds along with 5 lots of d2d we're already seeing. Funny thing is with four rounds going from my section no buydowns or redundancies offered. I can really see this leading to all out strike again.

RM have been using the Matrix system in our office for years.....only up here it is called SAFTP ......Sack All Full Time Posties.
Royal Mail managers.....about as popular as a t.urd in a swimming pool!
The DDA/Equality Act demands action,NOT words......adjustments NOT Occupational Health referrals.Case No:2505901/09
Royal Mail is an Equal Opportunities Employer..It discriminates against everybody.
