I'm getting sick to the back teeth of the sarcastic f***ing overtones on here when somebody asks for help and it's been 'covered to death already'. Basically, what you mean is 'We all understand it, you must be thick'. Not everybody understands what all the terms mean. It's academic now but all I wanted was something along the lines of 'XYZ Revision =', 'ABC Revision =' ...followed by some examples of procedures that are being implemented under the respective headings in the hope that colleagues may recognise these in their own workplace and maybe be able to piece together what stage they're at.

However, I'll try and simplfy it.
1. £200 when you get the next revision implemented. (for most this will be when Vans come in but not in every office)
2. £600 when your letters start arriving in order of delivery and the revision for this takes place.
3. £200 when the walk sequencing revision has bedded in or 6 weeks later whichever comes first.
I am sorry but over a keyboard there is no simpler way of explaining it.

We're getting the WSM's this month as well, the CWU rep in our office is saying we won't get any bonuses until November (when we have a CDV revision). atm we are lapsing rounds where our union guy is saying isn't achievable on some days. Management says it is. Now we are getting lots of cut offs with people not leaving the office until 10.30 with four d2d's.

So my guess is that the CWU and RM are sticking to the "revision" wording in the document. In that you can still get walk sequenced mail from the MC but if you have not had a revision to go with it, RM are dodging the lump sum till you have a revision.Lump Sums
The payment of £1,000 (pro rata for part time employees) consisting of 3 lump sums will be paid as follows.
£200 will be paid to everyone in the delivery unit on deployment of their first non walk sequencing revision.
£600 will be paid to everyone in the delivery unit on deployment of the walk sequencing revision.
£200 will be paid to everyone in the delivery unit when the Walk Sequencing revision has been implemented, and objectives achieved in line with the local agreement and no later than the end of the 6 week bedding in period.
