What manager......our DIM always has a Saturday off! left to Linos etc to mop up the mess caused from the rest of the week
Staff in at 5.30am, make your own mind up.............and work out the hours8hrs start at 5.30am finish time............?

Thats quite intresting as your lorries must come in a lot earlier than hours. On a sat we are still on the IPS till about 7.30am and then its a mad rush to get out by 8.20-8.30 am.
We also have a local missort run which gets in about 8.10am and no one can leave before that.
We work a shorter day on a sat not the full 8 hrs but something like 6.30.
Sounds like a lot of changes will be coming your way in the future, good luck with it.
