I belive you can roll your 2011 buyback of CS over to 2012 and take a gamble that it will be worth more money.

When can I sell my ColleagueShares?
If you want to, you will be able to sell some of your
ColleagueShares back to the Company in four years’
time. Or you can decide to keep them for another year
to see if they go up in value further. It will be your choice.
We will send you more information at the time.

I think (although it's probably open to interpretation
) that it is a kind of compulsory purchase RM have in mind.
Additionally both parties recognise that ColleagueShares operates in a way that replaces our traditional approach to productivity and that only by reaching this agreement and working together to deliver transformation will the value of ColleagueShares be higher. The current value is £1.51 per share. They will be bought back by the company in two equal parts in 2011 and 2012.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Stoke I really dont understand your arguement.
£ 800 of the £1000 is due on the implemtation of two revisons ( £200 on the non walk sequencing revision and £600 on the walk sequencing revison. ) Yes you have to agree the revison but the £ 800 is not dependent on anything else. The remaining £200 on the walk sequencing revison will be paid after 6 weeks , the delay is to allow the bedding in on the revision. It will be paid no later than 6 weeks from the revision introduction.
So the £1000 for delivery staff will be paid.

So how come our DOM says we wont get any of the £1000 until we have completed ALL the revisions AND objectives reached?dingo wrote:Stoke I really dont understand your arguement.

I mean what should happen if an office is already using CDV's and PDA's and machinery due very soon?
Sorry, but we appear to be getting mixed feedback on all this. I guess this is also whats at the crux of the problem at local level.

Re: next £1000 any idea when its paid
Sorry your delivery office manager is wrong . In any case he does not authorise the payment . He will be told by his superiors what to do. The details of what triggers the lump sums are quite clear in the agreement.
I understand there is confusion out there at the moment and clairty is needed. Hopefully all will be revealed very soon .
