I think (although it's probably open to interpretation ) that it is a kind of compulsory purchase RM have in mind.

£ 800 of the £1000 is due on the implemtation of two revisons ( £200 on the non walk sequencing revision and £600 on the walk sequencing revison. ) Yes you have to agree the revison but the £ 800 is not dependent on anything else. The remaining £200 on the walk sequencing revison will be paid after 6 weeks , the delay is to allow the bedding in on the revision. It will be paid no later than 6 weeks from the revision introduction.

So the £1000 for delivery staff will be paid.

Everything is dependant on the implimentation of certain things----how sure are you that all this will go ahead? As I said, this talk of walk sequencing machines has beeon the go for so long. Our office was due to get one of these machines nearly three years ago! And again, if privatisation comes in ,all this could change---Now what happens if, as usual, things go wrong somwhere along the line. Some machines not being available to ALLOW the implementation to go ahead? Do the offices, who no fault of their own still get paid this bonus or not? These are the questions that need to be answered.

So how come our DOM says we wont get any of the £1000 until we have completed ALL the revisions AND objectives reached?
I mean what should happen if an office is already using CDV's and PDA's and machinery due very soon?

Sorry, but we appear to be getting mixed feedback on all this. I guess this is also whats at the crux of the problem at local level.

Sorry your delivery office manager is wrong . In any case he does not authorise the payment . He will be told by his superiors what to do. The details of what triggers the lump sums are quite clear in the agreement.

I understand there is confusion out there at the moment and clairty is needed. Hopefully all will be revealed very soon .
