Were now getting 4.2p x double d2d drops.

Theyre saying they cant be counted accurately so theyre just doubling the amount of d2d drop points.

Not sure this is fair.

On the one hand were going to eery house so why pay us twice (or sometimes 5 or more) for one drop.

On the other the agreement states per item so this is what we should be getting?

Someone has written a number on each bundle. Is this the no. of items per bundle or per walk?

If its per walk then were quids in, if not were being short changed.

This is EXACTLY what scares me about the new agreement and Im afraid to say the nature of things to come.

Nothing is concrete in the new agreement - its mostly speculation and interpretation and will be abused, just like this election material agreement is being abused.. This is why Royal Mail is in dire straits.

Welcome to modernisation. Where no one really knows what theyre doing.

Seems quite clear doesnt it.

Now why are members not being paid, or at very least being told by DOMS that they are not getting a payment for election material.

It is in black & white for pete's sake, and it is being ignored.

WHAT CHANCE HAVE WE GOT WITH 2010 & BEYOND.

Oh i forgot Roger Poole and ACAS :whistle

Yeah Big Daz off the members who have been paid nothing :no no

I know, i presume you were being light hearted making light of the situation, a little light relief.

But members are being conned and that is not a laughing matter for them.

But i suppose thats ok "winners & losers" right :cry

Of course its not OK,Im not making light of the situation at all the only situation Im making light of is mine

What Im interested in knowing is, are the reps been made aware and if local/area RML have challnged by the local/area CWU, for a clear 100% breach of agreement.

Got back after delivery to find someone putting out addressed Lib Dem stuff. I asked how much and was told 3p per item, is that the rate?

Ive been nominated :Very Happy to look after the Election material at my office. The First lot of polling cards come in just over 2 weeks ago.In envelopes put them all to one side and got the delivery officers to count em. Put the payment through myself today. On the O/T application there is now a drop down box for election payments. All parties and polling cards are on there.

Got polling cards 2day. Came as DSA. Told NO PAYMENT for these as DSA items, and have to be delivered the day they arrive in office. Produced the national agreement for DOM. He checked with his DSM, I checked with CWU area rep. CWU area rep says RM are correct. If DSA = no payment and delivered on same day. What is the point of National Agreements when its in black and white, plain as day, crystal clear but still ignored by RM and CWU at area level. There is no hope for our future if this is anything to go by.
