Sorry mate, but i think you'll find that they ARE the majority in delivery offices. For the guys and girls that are walking the streets this "deal" is a kick in the teeth, and if you are part time it looks even worse. For his part, our rep has tried to sell us this propaganda, but has now come to realise he represents us and not HQ.
So that's a big fat NO from our office then........

No one should be losing. Im a member of a trade union so that everyone can treated equally in the workplace.
So as dingo has confirmed there will be people losing. Have those people not financed the CWU as much as the members that are supposedly gaining from this agreement?

yet my manager has been tasked with a 5% saving target for next year. thats on top of this latest sham of an agreement.

Just like most of the wording in the agreement, this statement means all things to all men (and women), what is unachievable to you and me will not necessarily be deemed unachievable by RM.

How are we being treated equally when some are earning £1500/yr more than others quite simply because of the geographical position of their DO?
you could open a can of worms with that argument, are you proposing the same pay uniformly for all opg's irrespective of geographic location?

Just a quick update .......the South East Wales Amal. Branch has recommended a NO vote
At least their reps are in touch with the workers on the front line, unlike the hierarchy of this union
