As soon as its passed by the PEC, though if its anything like the deadline for finishing the talks it could be quite some time. I really hope and trust that we are now in the final stages and in a matter of days we will see the agreement posted on here for us all to discuss.donut wrote:Sorry, i`ve been away........when is this agreement being sent out?rathbonepostie wrote:Latest news: 60 page agreement to be sent to every CWU postal worker's home address (!). 3-year deal, pay rises of 1.2%, 2.5%, 3.?%. Re: National Atgreement
I agree with the last post. We need to discuss this asap.
But 40 mins off a week are they sure?? Will that mean longs and shorts all round? 40 mins off on a tuesday i bet.
Oh and how long now will we have to wait for a 35hr week?? at 40 mins a year if the union stick to their aim of a 35hr week will take 7 years.
So yes lets get this agreement out in the open asap. Even pre executive acceptance or rejection lets see whats in it now!!!

Just to CWU members ? Assumed if RM were organising the mailing it would go to all postal staff. Even though non union would'nt get to vote on accepting or otherwise.
12,000 VRs ? hopefully at least 1 buydown in our office then, I've been asking for 2 years they keep telling me no !

Re: National Atgreement
Certainly will be glad to get a copy of the agreement, as I have been confused by the speculation to what is and what is not part of the agreement.
I will sit down read it, and either vote for it or against it, as is my choice.I will however accept the majority decision as I have done in the past, because that is what I call democracy.

The information which started this thread is outdated and it has moved on a fair way since then.

Daz if there is an agreement there will be 62 pages plus pages guidelines ! Leaving aside the plain English test there will have to be an endurance test for those who want to read it !Big Daz wrote:Dingo
