Sorry, i`ve been away........when is this agreement being sent out?
As soon as its passed by the PEC, though if its anything like the deadline for finishing the talks it could be quite some time. I really hope and trust that we are now in the final stages and in a matter of days we will see the agreement posted on here for us all to discuss.

I agree with the last post. We need to discuss this asap.
But 40 mins off a week are they sure?? Will that mean longs and shorts all round? 40 mins off on a tuesday i bet.
Oh and how long now will we have to wait for a 35hr week?? at 40 mins a year if the union stick to their aim of a 35hr week will take 7 years.
So yes lets get this agreement out in the open asap. Even pre executive acceptance or rejection lets see whats in it now!!!

is it only 30 minutes a day for part time, if its taking the 40 minute meal relief for full timers, so it 30 for part time, could be wrong,
its a 40 minute break for a 8 hour shift. thanks

Just to CWU members ? Assumed if RM were organising the mailing it would go to all postal staff. Even though non union would'nt get to vote on accepting or otherwise.

12,000 VRs ? hopefully at least 1 buydown in our office then, I've been asking for 2 years they keep telling me no !

Certainly will be glad to get a copy of the agreement, as I have been confused by the speculation to what is and what is not part of the agreement.
I will sit down read it, and either vote for it or against it, as is my choice.I will however accept the majority decision as I have done in the past, because that is what I call democracy.

It will be the CWU sending it out, not RM.

Yes it does include network drives Class 1s.

The information which started this thread is outdated and it has moved on a fair way since then.

Daz if there is an agreement there will be 62 pages plus pages guidelines ! Leaving aside the plain English test there will have to be an endurance test for those who want to read it !
