Tell you what. organise a meeting t the weekend and see how many turn up. My guess is it will be two at most. Get real, this is done and dusted. :crazy:

Fact is they can sack you after 24hrs of unofficial IA. They can then rehire you on diff contract if they so wish. If you are to do the same job I believe EU has ruled you must be paid the same but you would prob be offered PT and RM would find some way to say the job was diff so they could get away with giving you lower wages - or just make you temp.

He's right . As from today you effectively have no union and no rights .Your contract of employment will be shredded ,your hours will be at management discretion ,your pay will be legal minimum, god help you on attendance and conduct,etc,etc,..
