Yeah, right... Would that be the same casual workers who took loads of mail back to our office complaining it was too heavy! And they didn't even have to prep the mail!! I suggest you go back to reading The Sun....

listen guys i understand in part your reasions, but!, i cant help but think your actions are over the top

considering there are people out there god knows what reasions who very much depend on the service for far more important matters, some for life and death, there must be surely some system in place to protect you in the work place after all this is the uk and not russia, i can agree to a point to wandomwilly that people are angery and im very sure they are, and as i say most have more of a reasion then you to be angery

my view on the situation for what its worth

actually you shouldnt if im honist, becuse you have a right to work with out.. what you are clameing...if they fail to provide that then there are mesures to be taken. every one has the right to be at ease in a work place. but! as i said this is over the top, and as such im sure it will turn in your favour

also, becuse you get life and death mail too.. dosent mean other people shouldnt!... as the saying gose.. there is allways some one worse off than your self

Put it this way,
A member of you're family is getting bullied, would you tell them to ignore it knowing it will get worse or would you advise them to try and get the bullying stopped? We have tried to negotiate with Royal Mail for over a year but they have ignored us and the Bullying is becoming more widespread.
We are not against Modinisation, over 60,000 job losses shows that,
Royal Mail wants us to be flexible, we have agreed to this, but at least give us a Delivery we can achieve in the time provided, don't give us a Delivery that they know will always take us over our time, And then treat us like it's our fault when we come back to the Office and ask for overtime.
Mr Crozier keeps on saying that he wants us to work the hours we are paid for, what he didn't take into account was that Postmen/women for years had been starting before they're paid start time and also worked through they're breaks to get this early finish, well now that we are starting on time and taking our breaks, a lot of us now can't complete our deliveries, and management are now trying to intimidate people into once again coming in before they're time, but will not pay for it.
Up until a few weeks ago did you know that quite possibly the Postie pushing the letters through you're letterbox may well have been on the receiving end of bullying and harrassment for the past year, would you give them the same advice you would give that family member?

can't find angery , honist , gose , allways ,clameing when right clicking & looking in the Dictionary .

As for " this is the UK , not Soviet Russia " , the irony is that many of the leaked RM emails and documents do sound like something out of North Korea or from behind the old Iron Curtain , as everything is so regimented and centralized .

Politics goes in circles and you be so way out that you meet the other side round the back . I accept that people have to sing from the same hymn sheet but not to such a literal degree .

RM has always been very autocratic , defensive and secretive , regarding itself above the law , treating people like sh** ; however it just got a lot worse with all this pressure for managed decline , slash and burn & privatization .
