You could put "I would like [DOM's name] to be put on a disciplinary for deception, which lead to me being harassed by my Collegues". Or something similar.

No offence but you have a night shift

Anyway unless it's a proper shift then RM can do pretty much what they want with OT, the best solution is to stop doing ANY OT and get the other to stop it too.

Who would be interested in 5hrs 45min for a night shift now?, thats a joke especially as there is no o/t rate or night rate. Its like the o/t, 1 hr for a row or 2 hr for half a beat, as soon as they introduced that i stopped doing any o/t.
I cant see anyone doing o/t anymore surely even the most desperate must be looking at it and saying its just not worth it. :dance
As for the grievance m8 put it in, even if nothing comes of it you have had your say and that makes you feel better and they all add up. In my experience if you say nothing they will use that against you as well, because they will say that you have said nothing before so how were they to no there was a problem.
Ive learnt now to open my mouth otherwise you will be used and abused, but even when you do complain they will use every trick in the book and clever words to wangle out of it. :wave

You are so right. I have a grievance against a manager at the moment for an outrageous lie. He s got caught out and i am going to go all the way. I thought, s**t, shall I do this/. Lo and behold, every manager is phoning me to see if i am OK and that they think i am right. They are shitting themselves that i am going to involve them. Actually I am involving 3 of them, but that's another story. I was told today that what happened to me happens in other offices and they stand up and take it on the chin. Well sorry, It s about RM's management come into the real world. The world where workers have rights and if you challenge poor decisions properly then you kn ow what? they sit up and listen. Cos they don t want to lose their piddly jobs. :mfo :cfo :lfo

1st post?So here goes....

Bout a month ago,put a grievance in about my manager.Cut off on my duty, had a agreement with him prior to leaving the office to head back in with mail 15mins before end of duty.So out on duty, next thing i know here he is following me,calling me names, burdance to the company etc..Felt harassed. When i got back in asked for a grievance form, filled it out, handed it back in.Next day i received a letter from dom wanting a meeting with him for a fact finding interview regarding performance and attitude. My meeting for grievance has been cancelled twice, with no reason giving.I am always getting prep tested(mostly every week)are they looking to get something on me,i always pass the test(to his pleasure lol) :dance

Wondering what i can do regarding above, who can i speak to about problems??

You could try the CWU Harassment hotline :wave
