May be a silly question, but does OT pay the same as normal time, or is there an OT rate?

Time not worth doing!
The OT rate hasn't risen in line with pay for a long time, so that now it's almost the same as normal pay..

That was another belting deal - the overtime - I remember when we worked our hours before lunch time Friday and hours after that were time and a half and Saturday was double time and then there was the Saturday premium of course.
