Now I'm in union not a chance I'd cross a picket line, whether agreeing or not if we don't stand together what's the point!

I'd find it very difficult to cross ANY picket line (even a managers one) but then I don't reckon the managers would ever go on strike.

I would not walk across a managers picket line, I would try to get a marching band, banner and the whole office march across it in unison. They lost any chance of me backing them up if they go on strike with their constant attacks on our T&Cs and dogmatic approach to IR. Yes we need change but its a lot less painful if you include us in discussions rather than dictate from on high.
