Its a bit different from that in my office around 95% of overtime is done by FT staff working their day off.

If they dont get to work thier day off then they are not happy.

They'd better get used to it because it'll go sometime soon

Thats what worries me, I read all sorts of horror stories on RMC that my D.O hasnt experienced yet, which leads me to wonder if there is a wall of shite out there working its way to my delivery office.

The saying may be not today maybe not tommrow but someday comes to mind.

Its about time xmas bonus was bumped up to £250.
Agree strongly that the Xmas bonus should be much more than it is currently.

CWU policy as regards ColleagueShare money ain't ever gonna happen, I'm afraid. Look how many years we've had a CWU policy for a shorter working week. The only people who've made progress on that are RM, by cutting FT jobs and bringing in more and more PT ones
RM will not take the money earmarked for CS and fund a pay increase with it, simply because if they did, it would be an ongoing expense every year once it was part of basic pay. The dodgy gits are more likely to turn round to the CWU and say
'OK, we'll give you that CS money instead of an increase in basic pay, cause the recession and competition are reducing group profits ;liar and we've got Big Al's golden handshake and airfare to Canada to cough up for this year too' :left:

I draw the line at joking about his plane crashing. What about the rest of the passengers and crew ?

However if he went on one of his runs and got eaten by a grizzly bear, that would be different. :Very Happy :dance :Applause :nana :chuckle
Just spilt stain-remover down my shirt. Now how do I get that out?
