I don't think anyone would have noticed since they did not get them.
I was told this morning that we are definately not using the new cards, apparently there will be 3 lineo's in Callers on Sunday and they don't want to advertise the fact that Callers will be open
So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
Keep on shuf-shuf-shuffling to this ghost dance beat
Just keep on walking down never ending streets

1: How many blue shirts are there in the D.O.? ( If memory serves.....sh*t loads )
2: How many of them will now be carrying and using the Xmas P739s? ( Maybe 100%, do you think? )
I don't suppose your mouth bleeds every 28 days, does it?
Mail delivery; those that can, do, those that can't, MANAGE!
I've seen the new cards for the first time today.
Whoever dreampt up "We will POP BACK tonight" and why is "between 6 - 9pm" when it should be "between 6 and 9pm" or "from 6 to 9pm"?

Eight dib's and your out doorstep or not to doorstep for that is the question for whether it is nobler to stick it in the green bin or to throw caution to the wind's of outrageous fortune in leaving it with the local drug dealer next door!.
I love p739s They do not fit in my trousers, my fleece has no inside pocket and they are too wide for my work shirt, sometimes . Maybe we should head hunt some of Macdonalds five star managers to get us back on the up and up. Right I am off now to leave a p739 for a box of lightbulbs worth 50p that will save the environment. Oh forgot to add my customers have to drive five miles to pick them up from the delivery office counter. At least the traffic wardens who hide in the shadows picking off those who come to collect thier light bulbs are doing a roaring trade, in the words of Alan Partride "THIS COUNTRY!"
another well executed christmas courtesy of the Royal Mail management. P739's handed out 7.00am monday, collected back in at 8.00am due to them having the wrong opening times, the phone number of a delivery office 300 miles away and an option to have packets redelivered of an evening when we dont have any drivers available to do so. Before anyone asks,I did point those three problems out at 6.45am and was still told to hand them out.
I am a postman and I kept the faith and I kept voting, not for new labour but for the working man.
