I don't but I certainly think it can mitigate it and make it less painful for those that are left and those that are willing to leave. You don't ask for what you are willing to settle for in negotiations you aim high and hope the inevitable compromise is somewhere above the worst position you can accept.

Yes look at last years deal it was not great but it was a hell of a lot better than the first and second offer!. If you don't fight you lose if you do fight you have a chance if we all fight together we will get a good deal for all!.

United we stand divided we fall. look at the last stirke many could not be botherd to vote and many lost the bottle to strike. people power always wimns jsut many cant see it. Loosers!

I do believe we were united at the last strike action and I do believe we were winning and I do believe we were sadly let down by a leadership who put politics before membership.

just look at pegasus..if u don't like it..they use EA.
talking about us starting at 7am!..the union can say what they want..it'll still happen.

They only do as they please with consent if you all stood together it does not mean strike but withdraw your goodwill as a whole. And DO YOUR JOBS PROPERLY you will see result's in your favour and not their's.

Look at he silly fiasco over the Red Arrows being allowed to fly over the opening of the Olympics 2012. Banned cos they are too British and may offend all the foreign visitors for phuqs seke! You think that not sticking together is going to help matters,Do your job as it should be done and don't give an smidge see how far your office gets when you stop giving,you should see what the dappy managers have got in our office,EXAMPLE: you can only have the delivery time on O/T not the whole duty,ANSWER, that's fine find someone else to come in on their day off.Result:the delivery don't go out or they get someone from the M/C to go out on it and it costs them more.Last weekend we had more delivery's fail or not go anywhere than in all the time i've worked there.
This is the result of the staff being ground into the floor to such a point that the good will has gone,staff work their time and no more if they can't fit the delivery in then it stays and staff that have been on sorting S/A's have been going out with it,that to has a knock on effect,they have now said the S/A's are going nobody knows what is going to happen after that.it ain't big it ain't clever but sometimes you have to make a stand.
