if you leave a number for them to phone you they will call as this is policy, if you dont they may actually turn up at your house or more likley write to you.it's a "to see if there is anything we can do to assist your SPEEDY return " call.
i removed my number from them quoting the data protection act, oh my were they amused. Could you believe, i was asked how they would contact me in future.
So i said to the mildly retarded man "before the widespread ownership of household telephones how did you do contact people?"
He said "well we used to write or maybe go round to their house".

a lot of people think this is a form of harassment, although nobody i am aware of has sucessfully persued it as that. If they have post the details and we'll all do it.
