That's exactly.what.I done, my manager removed me from my job of 15 years. No stress though.

Forty odd years I’ve paid into this union. Been on strike every day we were called out , even when I had young kids and a big mortgage. Always stuck up for them when non members would have a go but the total silence on this s**t show is unbelievable.
We haven’t got it in yet but at my age I’m not crippling my already knackered body any more than it already is.

Im same ant, older age, lot of years in, im
struggling with a few long term issues and god knows if ill manage longer deliveries etc. Nothing put in place to help with this at all , just get on with it or go. Sickened by it all.
