Hi, I'm sorry if this has been asked before, I did try to search the forum but can't quite find the answer.
I'm working in a charity on a project to help people attend a particular NHS treatment, and we're encountering a few people who don't seem to be receiving their letters - from us, or their NHS trust - and it seems to be where they're living in flats and can't get to their communal area where the post is delivered to very often because of their illness.
I found the details on setting accessibility requirements here, and thought we can advise people to get set up with this -https://help.royalmail.com/personal/s/a ... quirements
But I wasn't sure if the 3 things listed were examples, or if that's the options you can request? I want to make sure our team are giving the right guidance, and I think our patients would want to ask that letters are brought to the door of the flat, is that ever an option?

Re: Disabled customers in multi-occupied addresses
I'm fairly certain those are the options...however they only really apply to parcels.
Anything scanned will ping up on the handheld to say there's accessibility needs and the list of accessibility needs for the round can be bought up manually but tbh how many posties bother to check that for hundreds of addresses each day.....
