Parcels not arriving in Kettering northants

Hi
Sent 2 parcels over last 2 weeks or so one normal parcel post the other one recorded delivery package both not arrive anybody know if there is any problems withe postal deliverys in the Kettering northants area much appreciated in advance for any help.

You can check on your recorded item via the RM website or by telephoning the Track & Trace automated service 08459 272100, I can't give you any help on hold ups in the system, someone else may be able to help on that one.

Thanks for your help have tried the royal mail Track & Trace still not showing as delivered I'll wait and see what happens on Tuesday .

Apart from recorded items if you send a package you should ask for proof of posting - then you can at least identify to the recipient that you have actually sent it - there sees to have been an increase in this sort of thing since e-bay began and I just wonder if all the claims of non-arrival are genuine.

thanks for that yes sent first parcel got proof of posting second parcel sent recorded delivery but Track & Trace still not showing as delivered noticed more and more parcels sent recently by recorded delivery although no they arrive safely still don’t show up in Track & Trace as delivered.

If I were you I would get onto Customer Services 08457 740740 and ask why you have'nt been able to get information off T&T regarding your Recordeds as you have paid for that service.

I stayed in Northampton friday night, mailcentre on Barrack road says "temporarily closed due to fire". I couldn't help but notice the "FOR SALE" sign above !!!!!!! Or perhaps it's just me!!!! :crazy: :crazy: :crazy: :crazy:

Mail center moved a few years ago, is now on an industrial estate in a couple of warehouses.

yes and then he tried to set fire to the new one , but someone recognized him, that's how he got caught.
