Postie to Parcelforce?
Has anyone changed job from postie to a Parcelforce driver? Seen a local job and wondered if it’s worth the change

I worked at PF before going to RM and if you don't mind driving then i'd say it was the PF was the better of the 2 to work for. I moved because I could afford the reduction from FT to PT (at the time) and our local PF moved further away. Same manager mindset though.

I did wonder what had happened to parcel force because our DPR drivers seem to be taking all the large packets?

Yes I’ve seen them in bigger vans than ours doing smaller packets
And apparently they don’t collect from people’s houses anymore we’re doing it
