I'm trying to take my NRA60 pension. I have forms from RMPP. They said they contact Capita who deal with another part of my pension, then Capita send me some more forms. I've been waiting weeks.. nothing from Capita so I looked on there website and there's no way to contact them.
I rang RMPP today who said I had to ring RMSPS. I rang RMSPS who said I had to ring RMPP. I rang RMPP again and they said . . . no, you have to ring RMSPS.
That all took an hour.
They can't do it via email.
It's 2026 and we have encrypted messaging, email, etc etc but no, you have to telephone, listen to barely audible messages and hold for 20 mins.
Typical Royal Mail shambles.
There's RMPP, RMSPS, Capita, Section C, Cash Balance Fund and now some 'Collective Plan'. I've even heard Scottish Widows mentioned. I hope I don't have to ring them up as well.
Ridiculous.

Thanks but that's for taking it early and getting a quote. I'm not taking it early (late in fact) and I already have the quote from RMPP, and all the forms, it's the Capita stuff I need.

Re: RMPP RMSPS Capita
As qwerty2 said, they both send out the forms about 4 months before your 60th birthday. You should have had a letter about this 2 months before then.
