Hi

A package of mine was meant to be on its way back to E10 - tracked 24hrs with signature. My Local DO told me it is being held at Greenford MC due to insufficient postage paid - so I paid the £3.40 online in the hope to speed things up. It was posted on 5th May and has been at Greenford since 7th May. Desperately need the item back - Royal Mail CS on the phone haven't been much help. What else can I do to move it along?

You say it was on its way back, was it being returned to sender?

Sorry shouldve made it clearer - I'm the recipient- the sender was returning an item of mine. She was sending from Hyde DO. But its stuck at Greenford MC since 7th May as 24hr tracked with signature postage.
I've paid the additional charge - is there anyway to contact Greenford MC directly?
