Hi All,
I sent a parcel Tracked 24 on the 20th December '25, it got as far as the Jubilee MC, and there has been nothing since. I submitted it as 'lost' on the 30th and have heard nothing since. I called RM this week to find out what was happening, and was told the claim was with the NRC, and they would get back to me when they got to it. They said things were delayed due to the backlog, and they are still processing last year's claims.
I'm not actually bothered about the claim, I just want to get the parcel - it was a handmade order that I will have to re-do, which is difficult as it was sentimental. It has my business card in the parcel with my details on, and I sent it with click and drop, so it has my return address on.
I sent it Tracked as the client couldn't sign for it and needed it for Christmas. I've sent loads, Tracked and 98% have made it okay - I dropped one at those lockers in the summer, and it never made it any further than being collected, so never again with the lockers!
Should I give up hope? Do parcels ever get found and returned?
Thanks for any insight

If your name and address is on the outside, it should not go to the NRC unless:
The contents are on the prohibited list; or
The packaging has become damaged such that the return details have become unreadable.
