Good morning everybody in this Forum !
I feel a bit bad to have to register here to try to sort out the problem with my stuck package.
It is blocked in Coventry PFW International Hub for one month now, impossible to reach someone at phone or do a claim.
Package was sent from US to France and now stuck in Coventry PFW International Hub.
If anybody from Uk or ParcelForce / Royal mail can try to find any information it will be rewarded !
Can give tracking number.
Thanks in advance for your help.

If sending from the UK, some Parcelforce services have strictly limited timeframes to make a claim for loss or damage. I suggest that you check ASAP whether you need to lodge a claim imminently.
It probably isn’t in Coventry. If a parcel is accidentally routed via a third country then the tracking system often can’t cope with that.
