Oh, hang on, it’s you that is only here to get a reaction, and more pertinent, it’s you who has been repeatedly banned from this forum, only to resurface almost immediately with another username, be it CarryingMgmnt, LondonsBurning, SkiSunday. As another poster has previously remarked — pot, kettle, black!
Hes on my foe list so don,t read his posts an im sure any of the moderators will confirm ive never been banned.

Think pay deal will be announced separately.
Pay deal will b 4% over 2 years, they can dress it up how they want but that’s what Will happen
Well wide of the mark.
Trust me only details being thrashed out are about closing the pay gap which may come from the pension pot not the new RM owner
So having rejected around 4% for this year they will now settle for 4% over 2 years utter rubbish.
I’m sorry where is your evidence for turning down 4% over 1 year….youre being fed spin just as you weee during the strikes when everything that was said then is coming home to roost now…4% over 2 years with new contracts pay rise being the sticking point while the union will still be spouting garbage about getting 10%…..enjoy the extra 20 quid a week minus tax and union subs of course 👍
Lets wait an see who is right i stand by what i wrote.

Some staff can't help themselves getting involved with planning changes. Often with the aim of making sure their duty gets left alone.
Happens in ours some can't wait to get involved.

This was the deal on the table 2 months ago, so when it does go through do ask yourself the question, what have the CWU been doing in the meantime. The answer I would suggest is pissing away your subs but as you say let’s see who is right…..

How much do the CWU make in subs - over 10million a year at least (i think it might be quite a bit more)
Someone will know the true figure

A complete joke these corrupt shysters
CWU Accounts for year ending 2023 - membership subs 27.95 million.

https://www.royalmailchat.co.uk/communi ... 5&t=115019
And they spend every single penny apparently, as i stupidly thought that as there hadn’t been a strike in over 10 years before the last, they may have saved up a strike fund, but no, nothing at all in the pot

And where did Tony Bouch get the f***ing ridiculously stupid number of a person on a walk averaging 12,000 steps from?? Thin f***ing air?
Sorry to gravedig this thread, but I believe I've figured out where this number comes from.

Page 33 of the 2022 annual report says: "Our posties make a huge contribution to keeping emissions low, taking over a billion steps a day."

By December 2023 we were down to 85,000 personnel on delivery.

1,000,000,000/85,000 = 11,764 steps a day per person.
The machine stops.

2 or even 3 billion steps, is also technically over a billion though...
