It will be a massive yes vote , the majority want a pay rise now the uso nonsense can take care of itself.

Not from my feedback it will be a massive yes. I work in a big office and I'd say a good 80% will definitely be voting no on the deal.

Have you asked them all??and are they just saying no but actually voting yes?

The rep sent printouts to the staff to ask what they would vote.

Never in 30 years have i heard such rubbish why would a rep go out of his way to do it.

I take it you're happy with 4.2% and then strings on the following two years after that?

I think Sean06 is questioning why a rep would do a printed survey to find out how people will be voting. That is a bit odd and not something a rep should do really.

Exactly what i was questioning.none of the reps business how you vote.and to answer your question i am happy with the pay deal.

No i don,t post under diff names i changed my username when i got new phone as it would'nt allow me to log in.prob happen again in a few months as new phone being got.

I didn't know there was a foe list before he posted about it, and I have to say these forums are a much better place without having to read posts by the likes of Chris Smart(Tramssirhc).

An inflation-only pay rise is no pay rise at all. At the end of 3 years your wages will be worth exactly the same as now.

The CWU have given RM all the co-operation they wanted with USO reform, and in return they accept a zero pay rise for 3 years?

If we vote it in, we will get a 4.2% pay increase that's above inflation. If the next two pay rises after that are based on inflation, because of the first above inflation pay rise, that'll push our wage even higher.
It's just basic maths.
