Hello.
I am in need of the receipt for the postage I purchased using the online app of the royal mail. I need this for work expenses.
The app does not list this under previous purchases, yet it does list other purchases made. Also, the app rarely works, saying its not available due to high demand.
Logging in via the website also does not work. Again under previous purchases it says error this page doesn't exist.
Is there any way to get this receipt or proof of purchase.
