Tracked parcel stuck at Midlands MC for a week?
Hi, my parcel has gone missing, it's not showing any more scans since arriving at Midlands MC last week. Tracking number TQ789651790GB. Keeps coming up with errors when I try and choose delivery date etc. It's perishables so is anyone able to help please?

We can’t help you retrieve the parcel as we are not an official site.
“Perishables” could be the problem. If it has started to leak / ooze / smell RM might have been obliged to destroy it.
If this is something that you bought online then you need to make a claim with the seller.

It's only brownies and filled Easter eggs which I wouldn't have thought would have leaked. The seller is aware and is making a claim, I'm just gutted as it was a one off Easter special. Do you know if RM let the seller and/or recipient know if they destroy it? If not then they definitely should do.

They don’t count as perishable.
Royal Mail wouldn’t necessarily inform anyone in that case.
