Not quite right, there aren't 6,000 senior managers (more like 1,600) and the private medical insurance isn't free (there's a benefit in kind cost associated with it and an excess to pay on the first claim per year per person). Still, better than a slap across the face.

In our office people leave regularly....surely it's not that hard to lose what they need to lose through natural wastage....
Maybe in smaller offices with people who never leave and have had the same 5 to 20 people for years and years....this is where people will get paid off.

I was referring to the USO changes. In RM land if walks are failing now (pre USO) then they won’t fail when they bring in the changes as half the walks will be left in the office on any given day ie half the staff won’t be needed. Of course the walks that DO go out won’t be completed as the call rate will increase but that’s another story for another day

Being moved from a start time of 8am finishing at 14.30 to a start time of 14.00 finishing at 20.30 is driving more people to leave than the financial loss.
