Absolute disaster

Impossible to complete in your time, can only do 2 loops at most before having to go and do tracked
All going to plan then!

Can you give us some more details, most of us are yet to have the privilege of 2.0
Not really much to say, they have just made the duties pretty much double, thinking taking the big packets off us would mean we can do it, yet we haven't been doing big packed for about a year anyway. (And we weren't completing the duty before 2.0 came in)
So you're involved in the trials and the duties are double in size?... cos you have double 2nd class mail or because they added in additional roads too?

The whole point in the USO change is to help Royal Mail survive whilst also meeting the reduced obligation....so WTF are Royal Mail doing if they are making things impossible.
We have delivery 2.0 but it's nothing to do with the uso.
ahh ok, ignore me. What's the point in bringing in such change when the USO will be introduced within 12 months....

I guess they are trying to save their last millions before the change comes in as this is their last opportunity before they will surely have to commit to the USO when it changes.

If a manager claims your round is achievable or more can be done - just tell them to do one.

So why do you have it? Have you had it long? If everything is likely to change and your not a pilot office I don’t understand why you have it.

Which begs the question, who decides what 'section' of the frame is an accurate daily workload each and every day? :whistle
A manager who probably doesn’t know the area, hasn’t been trained properly and isn’t particularly interested. We’re constantly getting this. Despite walks being made larger to account for removal of large parcels they’re now expecting us to take the large as well. Aka lapsing! When you arrive to full frame of mail they just shrug and say “ make sure you take the large”. To add to the fun 2.0 goes live in our office soon and the managers don’t really know what’s going on. Same with the USO changes. Rumours of it being rolled out in July despite the union assuring us it wasn’t happening. They also assured us lapsing was a thing of the past. I reckon all hell will break out when the Czech has signed the deal. They’re not putting managers on USO courses for fun. It’s ready to go.
