Post says it can be collected but I haven’t recieved a confirmation email?

Hi there,


My parcel has been delievered to a local post office for collection but I haven’t recieved an email to say I can collect?

What else can I take with me except for the “something for you card.
Will the Royal Mail app be enough?

If your parcel is at the post office but you haven't received an email, check your spam folder first. You can also take your ID, like a driver's license or passport, along with proof of address (like a utility bill) just in case. The Royal Mail app can be used to show your collection details, but it's a good idea to have a physical ID and proof of address with you, too.
