Hi all, hoping someone might be able to help with an issue we are currently facing.
A parcel that we have shipped using a Tracked 24 service from UK to UK address is sat at the Gatwick MC and has been since the day of shipping (03/03/25). The customer is in desperate need of the items shipped and I have not been able to get any updates from Royal Mail to help push this along, only that if nothing has moved after the 12th I must submit a claim for it as lost.
The tracking number is: JZ465890593GB
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Good morning, the items were 2 small bicycle stems. Shipping from England to England.

There should not be any problem with the contents unless oily. Submitting a claim is the only option.
