Hi everyone,
First, apologies for having to write here, as this is now out of desperation and I hope it will yield some results.
Can anyone who works at the Warrington superhub help me to find a way to get in touch with someone who is responsible for routing mail (I'm sure there are a good few)?
For some strange reason CW1 mail is being sent to the Nantwich DO wich is supposed to be responsible for CW5 mail. Then the Nantwich DO keeps rejecting it and sending it back to Warrington, and the cycle continues. We can't get a refund; we can't get our parcels.
If anyone has any advice on how to go around this and get our mail delivered that would be great. We called customer service, and they routed our (new) postcode to the Crewe DO, however, parcels already in the system won't be impacted by the allocation.
Any help is appreciated! :)
Thanks

Re: Plead to Warrington Superhub and Nantwich DO
Nantwich DO need to cross out the 2D barcode (the square shaped one) so that the machines at the superhub can't read it. The machines will be using the address encoded in that barcode when sorting the items. Once the barcode has been crossed out, hopefully the machine at the hub will rejected it and send it for manual sorting

Thank you! I can only hope someone from the Nantwich DO sees this and if not already done they will do it, or just be so nice and deliver it to us one last time.SpacePhoenix wrote: ↑28 Feb 2025, 10:40Nantwich DO need to cross out the 2D barcode (the square shaped one) so that the machines at the superhub can't read it. We've been receiving parcels and letters and only have this issue the last couple of weeks so I guess they got fed up with it.
