Parcel stuck at LANGLEY HWDC

The parcel was sent to Russia on January 23, on January 24 the parcel arrived at LANGLEY HWDC, since then it has been there for more than a month, what could be the problem? The parcel weighs 380 grams and contains perfume. Thanks

Perfume is banned from the international mail and it is a criminal offence to send it. This parcel will likely be destroyed due to that.

Even if the contents were different, Russia is under sanctions due to their illegal war against Ukraine.

Are you sure that it will likely be destroyed? Is there any way to revoke a registered package back to sender to prevent destroying that, this is a rare perfume.

Yes, destruction is the normal penalty. But also, as sender you could potentially face a prison sentence for contravention of the Dangerous Goods Act, do you want to draw further attention to yourself?

I don't think the OP fully understands the serious nature of offenses they have committed especially if an attempt was made to hide the true nature of the shipped goods and value.
