Seriously, this is the best you can do, in this thread. No defence of Martin, no defence of the CWU, no attack on the points made?
The only defence I have ever made of Martin or the CWU is that they are less full of s**t than you are.
Dave Ward gets paid £150,000+ a year to defend our T&C's, that is £20K less than the guy who has to lead this entire country. Tell me one positive thing the union have done for us amongst the river of shite they have agreed to, over the last few years?

How do you cancel your subs
If you pay direct from your wages then contact payroll and ask them to stop the deduction.

That's it? That's all you've got. Unfuckingbelievable.

But it still better than anything you have got.
Now back to your homework.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

For this to work on my current delivery I would have to lose around 150 calls from the current 750 I have.

If we are going to get a 70%+ call rate daily then I have absolutely no chance of competing the delivery.

Or work longer each day you work which seems the companies plan backed by the CWU, the earlier suggestion of decreasing duties by 20% seems to have been binned.

I've no idea what happens if most of the posties in a DO refuse to work longer hours each day.

Office re-sign with a completely new duty set?

Every time the CWU has agreed major change they have failed to ensure that the very basics of the job are right. The CWU has sat back and watched the chaos as workers have to do the impossible. This time is going to be no different. Unless the basics are right none of this works. The basics have been wrong for so long no one's going to pay to put them right.

Make sure you tell your CWU rep this. Tell your branch. The area rep, the div rep. Tell Martin Walsh. None of these people are waiting for you so don't wait for them.

Martin Walsh has stated that there will be a vote before any change happens. Vote no.

Will a vote even matter? I think the changes are going to come in no matter what and I can't see the union being able to stop them

That's not the CWU's position. Martin clearly stated that the members will be voting on any change. His words not mine. Let's get that no vote going.

RM will just create a new duty set and have a re-sign. Anyone who refuses to chose a duty from the new duty set will be declared supernumerary and will likely be made to move to another DO.
