Hi
I shipped a parcel which has 1 anime poster, keyring and badge within it to someone in Norway, however it's been stuck at Langley HWDC since 07/02
Tracking ID RH420751747GB
Can anyone advise why this parcel may be stuck please?, if its tax related - VOEC has already been Collected, the items in the shipment are worth no more than £9.99 collectively.
If it is customs related - how could I get in contact with them to clear this package?
